There haven’t been any reported adverse affects but again if you have other health conditions such as diabetes or even Alzheimer’s then getting your doctor’s go ahead is always advisable.
The exact Garcinia Cambogia dosage that should be taken each day depends on the weight of the individual as well as the diet that is being eaten. The generally accepted safe Garcinia Cambogia dosage that can be consumed each day is between 500 milligrams and 1,500 milligrams. The minimum Garcinia Cambogia dosage that should be taken in a day is 300 milligrams. Lower amounts have no noticeable effect.
Garcinia Cambogia, or HCA which it’s more commonly called these days, is usually sold as a capsule and the formulations should contain at least 50% HCA. Usually it is recommended that you take the capsules three times a day, or about 30 to 60 minutes before your meals.
It really doesn’t get any easier than that. You don’t have to mix any powders, swallow any bad tasting concoctions or add hours to your day going to the gym. Just keep your bottle of HCA supplements handy in your kitchen and have another bottle in your bag or purse or at your office for lunch time and you are all set!
